Aidar Kazybayev

Aidar Kazybayev was born on August 16, 1976 in Astana. In 1997, he graduated with honors from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a degree in Economics and Management, in 2003 – from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a postgraduate degree, in 2006 graduated from the M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University with a degree in Law. He started his career in January 1998 at the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a leading specialist in the Department of Foreign Economic Strategy. He is now the CEO of the AIFC Green Finance Centre. He has over 20 years of experience in trade, economics and finance, including 15 years of experience in public service and 12 years in managerial positions.
