

Adem Kula

Founder Secretary General and Board Member of the Union of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI)
Adem Kula is a seasoned professional with expertise in international economic relations and regional development. He holds a Master’s in Regional Development and EU Spatial Planning from Sweden’s Blekinge Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and International Relations and Minor in Economics from Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul. He is the Founder Secretary General and Board Member of the Union of the Turkic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), affiliated with the Organization of Turkic States. Previously, he was Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECO CCI) from 2018 to 2021. Adem has also worked with the Union of the Chambers and Commodity Exchange of Turkey (TOBB) since 2014, focusing on strengthening economic ties with Central Asia, the Caspian region, China, and Mongolia. Earlier, he coordinated Turkish Eurasian and Asia Pacific Business Councils at the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEİK) from 2008 to 2014.
